For every item in the catalog the quality is graded. Under QR the quality of the record or disc is stated, under QC the quality of the cover. The QC is only stated for picture covers, so no grading means no picture cover, but just a plain white or company sleeve. We use the following internationally used abbreviations:

m - mint: perfect, unplayed
ex - excellent: almost new
vg - very good: light surface marks, slight amount of wear and tear
g - good: considerable surface marks, considerable wear and tear

To define a record more specifically we use:

GF - gatefold cover
soc - sticker on cover
sol - sticker on label
sobc - sticker on back cover
toc - tape on cover
woc - written on cover
wol - written on label
wobc - written on back cover
RE - reissue

However common these gradings may be, we understand that all collectors maintain their own standards. If you do not agree with our grading or if you are not satisfied in any way with your records, please let us know within 10 days and we will refund your payment.
